Project 12.1
Operations Task Force – Year 5

North/West Passage has supported an Operations Task Force for four years with the intent of establishing relationships, enhancing the scope of operations-oriented projects, supporting further implementation of project findings, and increasing interaction among the states outside of major events.

This project continued the task force for another year. Tasks included developing a work plan that identified operations-oriented topics for discussion during monthly webinars and scheduling, planning, and conducting monthly task force meetings.
