| Phase III – Building on several projects recommended in the ITS Integrated Corridor Strategic Plan for the North/West Passage, the Phase III Work Plan presents a series of projects completed in 2008. The projects continued to develop, expand implementation, and evaluate integrated traveler information systems. | Phase II – The Phase II Work Plan was developed by the NWP steering committee, which has representation from all states along the corridor. The proposed project ideas given highest priority through the steering committee voting exercises could all be described as planning efforts with a broader corridor-wide scope. | Phase I – The North/West Passage (NWP) membership approved a Phase I Work Plan on Dec 5, 2003. Nine projects were identified in the Work Plan.
