Funding

The North/West Passage (NWP) program is a Transportation Pooled Fund (TPF) study. A TPF study allows federal, state, and local agencies and other organizations to combine resources to support transportation research studies. The eight member states committed $200,000 to complete Work Plan 4.

  • Minnesota – $25,000
  • Montana – $25,000
  • North Dakota – $25,000
  • South Dakota – $25,000
  • Washington – $25,000
  • Wisconsin – $25,000
  • Wyoming – $25,000

The eight member states committed $400,000 to complete Work Plan 2 and Work Plan 3.
